HAI currently ships throughout Lebanon. We look forward to expanding our shipping services internationally in the future.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Beirut: 24–48 hours
• Outside Beirut: 3–5 business days

Please note that made-to-order and custom products require additional production time before shipment. Estimated lead times will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

Shipping rates

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your order.

If your order qualifies for free delivery, this will be applied automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery across Lebanon on qualifying orders over $500.

Eligibility is calculated automatically at checkout based on the qualifying merchandise total after applicable discounts.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, any available delivery or tracking information will be shared with you through the contact details provided with your order.

Preorders

Products available for preorder will display an estimated shipping date on the product page. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify HAI within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number along with photos of the product and its packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
