HAI Lad

HAI Lad is the foundation of the HAI movement system, a premium wooden wall bar designed to bring strength, mobility, training, play, and everyday movement into one beautifully considered space.

Built around a simple vertical structure, HAI Lad gives you the freedom to move your way.

Stretch, hang, pull, strengthen, mobilize, train, play.

Or simply make movement part of your everyday routine.

What makes HAI Lad different is its ability to evolve with you.

A growing collection of HAI accessories transforms the Lad beyond the traditional wall bar, allowing you to create a setup that reflects your space, your lifestyle, and the way you choose to move.

From strength and mobility to work, wellness, storage, and children’s movement, each accessory adds another possibility without requiring another large piece of equipment.

Its clean wooden construction and minimal footprint allow HAI Lad to live naturally within the home, studio, gym, wellness space, or workspace, bringing together design and movement without compromising either.
